In this seminar, we will examine the covenants of God, the differences between dispensations and Covenants, and focus on God’s redemptive plan from creation to the New Covenant.
We will discover a greater understanding of His unconditional love of Christ and the cross in each covenant.
Lastly, we’ll examine the differences between the Covenant of Moses, David, and the New Covenant and how it relates to the Christian.
To understand the relationship between Psychology & Theology and the underlying assumptions and purposes of each discipline. We’ll explore integrative approaches to various significant issues with the aim of clarifying understanding of human beings.
LEARNING GOALS
1. To understand models of integration of Psychology and Theology.
2. To acquire a historical perspective of the role of Christians in the provision of mental health services.
3. To create a personal theory of the integration of Theology and Psychology.
4. To apply learning student learning goals to the Body of Christ both locally and universal.
