Antioch School of Urban Ministry is educational ministry accredited by Logos University in Jacksonville Florida. Antioch has a vision for the local church as well as for urban ministry. Students are trained, educated and challenged to better support their pastors and more effectively minister the gospel of Jesus Christ.
A primary objective in the founding of Antioch has been the commitment that Antioch should serve the major American communities in its ethnic and cultural diversity. We believe that society is enriched by the pluralism of the population and its cultures, and we encourage mutual respect within this culturally variegated family of God.
In this spirit, Antioch has instituted requirements in Urban Studies and made available Hispanic and African-American Studies. Within the span of our existence, we have become a strong ministry because of our commitment to quality education coupled with continuous self-study designed to assure academic flexibility and innovation.
